MTN HNTR Lifetime Warranty

Every MTN HNTR product is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If a defect in materials or workmanship shows up under normal field use, we'll take care of it.

What's covered

Defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product when used as intended: glassing, shooting support, packing, and normal backcountry wear.

What's not covered

• Accidents (for example, a tripod dropped off a cliff or crushed in a vehicle)
• Misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, anodizing wear, cosmetic marks from packing)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to make a claim

1. Email brad@mtnhntr.com with your order number or proof of purchase (mtnhntr.com, altitudeoutdoors.com, or an authorized dealer), a short description of the issue, and a couple of photos.
2. We'll tell you whether to ship it in. Mail to: 290 South Washington, STE 3, Afton, WY 83110. Do not ship USPS — we cannot receive USPS packages at this address. Use UPS or FedEx.
3. We'll repair or replace the product at our discretion. Most claims are handled within a few weeks of us receiving the gear.

Who it's for

This warranty covers the original purchaser. If you bought used, contact us anyway — we still want to help when we can.
